LED neon light production process

1. Design documents

Based on the files provided by the client, produce CNC vector files.

2. Mold opening and cutting

Based on the confirmed vector drawings, digital mold opening and laser precision cutting are performed on the flexible circuit board (FPC) or silicone sleeve.

3. SMD (Surface Mount Device) and soldering

Through SMT (Surface Mount Technology) automated equipment, tiny LED chips and resistors are precisely soldered onto the circuit board.

4. Glue filling and packaging

Place the welded light strip into a custom-shaped silicone or PVC shell, and proceed with glue filling and sealing. This is a crucial step to achieve waterproofing, dustproofing, and soft lighting.
Products intended for outdoor use undergo full potting encapsulation (IP67/IP68 rated), making them completely waterproof.

5. Assembly of accessories

Install connectors and tail plugs, and connect and test the power supply and controller.
